The Furuno GN-84E is a miniature high-sensitivity, low power GPS/AGPS receiver that combines a hardware measurement platform (MP) with powerful navigation software. It delivers fast, accurate positioning data in the most challenging locations such as urban canyons.

The GN-84E employs novel decoding algorithms, effectively achieving 44,000 correlators. This results in very fast TTFF (Time To First Fix) and signal acquisition.

The GN-84E will also provide a platform for the GT-84 timing version to be made available soon. It will have a highly accurate 1PPS output available for all of your timing applications. In addition to the GT-84 there will soon be available a GH-84 which will have an integral antenna. This will be a very small and powerful module that will allow you to have excellent Furuno quality performance.
